Simon Roberts

Simon Roberts is a Brain Injury Lawyer at Coulthursts, with over 36 years of legal expertise in serious personal injury claims. He specialises in catastrophic injury cases, including traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord injuries, and amputations, helping clients secure life-changing compensation and long-term rehabilitation support.

Throughout his distinguished career, Simon has successfully handled complex legal issues involving lump sum settlements, periodical payments, and Court of Protection matters. He has also appeared before the Court of Appeal, achieving a key legal victory concerning the recoverability of legal costs for lawyers’ participation in multidisciplinary rehabilitation team meetings, the case won outstanding case of the year at the PI Awards 2024.
