Wendy Hawkins is the Business Development Manager at Coulthursts, bringing over two decades of experience in sales, marketing and business operations to her role.

Wendy has a personable and professional approach, which plays a key part in delivering Coulthursts’ mission to secure the best outcomes for individuals affected by brain injury.

Wendy has specialised in the healthcare sector, having worked on hospital discharge processes and the critical interface between health and social care. Wendy’s earlier career includes impactful roles in the financial services industry, holding positions in administration, brokerage, and sales at leading firms.

Wendy’s professional development is backed by a wide range of certifications and achievements across business, communications, and technical systems, to include supervisory and management, sales and marketing master classes with providers such as skillpath, IMI Norgren, and professional training partners. Wendy has also contributed to business publications, producing editorial content for the East Mercia Chamber of Commerce through Kemps Publishing.

Wendys communication credentials include a distinction from the English-Speaking Board and these foundations in language continue to influence her work.

A classically trained performer, Wendy holds a licentiate from The Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Wendy studied Bel Canto vocal technique at Birmingham Music studios and has performed professionally in West End productions.

Outside of work, Wendy is passionate about the arts and nature, Wendy regularly attends art workshops as well as being a key member in her community and acapella group choirs.
